My name is Jim McNally and I am a language and culture consultant, who specializes in assisting Chinese nationals in the English language and American culture. I'm a native of the United States, and currently reside near Chicago in the state of Illinois. I have been an instructor for over seventeen years, and have taught online university courses, seminars, and training and development curriculum while holding executive management positions. I possess two masters degrees: M.A. in Organizational Leadership and M.A. in Practical Theology. In addition, I have been trained and certified as a Transformational Leadership Coach, and as a Leadership Training Instructor. My interests are Chinese culture and language, teaching, music, writing, and the link between exercise and nutrition with disease; especially heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. This has been a topic of much interest and research for me, as I have been inspired and motivated by my late father's chronic illnesses.
